Round table “Ricard Salvat, theater man” / Activities / Visit us / Home

Next Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 6 p.m., the round table “Ricard Salvat, theater man” will take place in the Sala de la Caritat of the Library of Catalonia. Francesc Foguet, professor of literature and theater studies at the UAB Faculty of Philosophy and Letters, will participate; Bernat Puigdollers, art director of the Vila Casas Foundation, and Bernat Reher, professor at the Bloom School and collaborator in various cultural media.

The speakers will talk about the figure of Ricard Salvat i Ferré (Tortosa, 1934 – Barcelona, ​​2009), theater director, writer and professor of Performing Arts at the University of Barcelona, ​​and his relationship with the theatrical field, as well as the Ricard Salvat fund, which was donated to the Library of Catalonia in 2024.

This round table is held in the framework of the exhibition “Ricard Salvat, theater man”which can be seen in Espai Zero, in the lobby of the Library, from April 20 to June 7, 2026.
