“Tomatoes” delves into a very close and everyday reality, the garden of the artist’s grandfather, with the desire to photograph each and every tomato that grows there for a year. With this proposal, Bou seeks to measure a totality that is unattainable due to the impossibility of photographing all the fruits in the constant process of growth and maturation of each tomato bud. Precisely because of the impossibility of capturing, from photography, the linearity of present time that is reality.
