Work offer: Coordinator of the Pla de Barris project at the Joan Brossa Foundation – Joan Brossa Foundation
The Barcelona Free Arts Center opens new selection process to find a figure of cOordination of the pedagogical project ‘Pla de Barris’ at the Joan Brossa Foundation, with 3 educational centers in the old town.
Main functions
Design and monitoring of the educational project and methodologies.
Coordination and supervision of the educational team.
Mediation between artists and teachers:
Attend workshops and activities proposed by the Foundation.
Attend the needs of artists and provide necessary resources or adjustments.
Translate and share with classroom teachers the learning that artists deploy.
Foresee moments of support to guarantee the correct implementation of the project.
Develop links with community entities (libraries, casals, civic centers, other local agents).
Communication with families and collaborating entities.
Preparation of an annual educational report summary.
Profile requirements
Degree in Education, Pedagogy, Social Education, Cultural Management, Fine Arts, Community Work or Equivalent Training.
Experience:
Coordination of educational, artistic or community projects.
Mediation and work with diverse teams (teachers, artists, entities).
Development of links with local entities and community.
Key competencies:
Capacity for mediation and communication between diverse actors.
Planning and coordination of interdisciplinary projects.
Facilitation of participatory learning and processes.
Creativity and flexibility to adapt methodologies according to context.
Collaborative leadership and empathy.
Good dominance of Catalan and Spanish; Valuable knowledge of other languages.
Day and schedule
Partial day, 12 hours a week, with a schedule to agree according to the needs of the project and the availability of the selected person. There is an availability of two mornings and one afternoon a week.
You are and conditions
Partial contract, 12 h/weekwith approximate salary of € 7,735 a year.
The salary will be reviewed annually according to the increases established by the agreement of the educational and socio -cultural leisure sector.
