WE OPEN THE CALL FOR THE ODYSSEU SCHOLARSHIP

Barcelona, ​​June 3, 2026

The Odisseu Eòlia Scholarship is an initiative promoted by Eòlia Fundació Miranda, with the collaboration of Barcelona City Council, through the Culture Institute. Its main objective is to support the country’s companies in the production and first exhibition of their new shows. The grant offers a rehearsal and experimentation space where companies can test and develop their own theatrical languages.

Although the scholarship is open to all kinds of projects, creations linked to social, historical or socio-environmental themes will be especially valued. In this edition of 2026, a single project will be selected, which will receive:

• A financial aid of €6,000 (taxes included) for production and the first exhibition.
• Artistic residency at the Aeolian Creation Spaces.
• Artistic and coordination accompaniment and follow-up.
• Technical residency at Teatro Eòlia.
• Premiere and exhibition during 2027 at Teatre Eòlia
