Extract of regulations of registration
The workshop registration is understood, when the payment has been accredited. Payment of fees can be made by credit or debit card, or by means of a bank account. It will be necessary to bring the receipt of the income to make the registration effective within a maximum period of three days.
Is not accepted effective.
Each person will be able to make a maximum of four registrations in the cultural workshops. The center reserves the right to change the teaching staff, the time, day or location of the activity in case it deems appropriate. In case of canceling a session, it will be recovered. The center declines all responsibility for the personal material and the productions of the users. For this reason, no value, economical or emotional material, is asked to leave in the center. If you have this material, you must be removed from the rooms or the warehouse at the end of the last session.
The fungible material required for the workshop will be borne by the user.
Grants and discounts on cultural workshops
Aid for unemployed people and disability card, residents of Barcelona
The aid is applicable to a single workshop in the quarter.
Registration for unemployed or with disabilities may be face -to -face or online

Necessary documentation that you have to carry: Working Life Report or copy of the Dardo (High Document and Renewal Demand for Employment), and Residence flyer (census) updated of the current year.
People with disabilities registered in Barcelona depend on the degree have different discounts:
- Disability between 33 and 64%: 30%discount.
- Disability between 65 and 74%: 50%discount.
- Disability equal to or greater than 75%: 75%discount.
- If in addition it is available to Pink card, Large family card or necessity of third person, Regardless of the degree of disability: 75%discount.
- If you have a document accrediting to be treated in a public center of Mental health To have a severe mental health disorder: 50% discount (with higher income) or 75% (with non -contributory pensions or with large family card).
Documentation that you have to carry:
- Certificate of registration issued at the Citizen Service Offices (OAC) of the Barcelona City Council (always), of the current year. When the beneficiary gives the census with a date of issuing a maximum of one year, it is not necessary to re-deliver it again the following quarters to the same center.
- Disability card.
- If it is a mental health and the disability card is not available, a document issued by a professional accredited from the CSMIJ (Center for Mental Health Children and Youth), CSMA (CSMA (Center for Adult Mental Health), Primary Care Center, Basic Social Services Center or a Social Club, which notifies that the person is being treated in a public mental health center. The validity of the document must be a maximum of one year, so the date of the issuance of the document must be prior to a year to be valid at the time of registration.
Returns policy in cultural workshops
In order to be able to carry out a workshop, it will have to have a minimum of students registered, otherwise it will be annulled and the person will have the option to sign up for another course (provided that they have free places) in the same quarter or the return of the quota.
The registration fee will only be returned if the organization annuls the workshop so as not to reach the minimum of established places or for other technical reasons. The amount of the activities annulled will be available to the people interested in the following month and the presentation of the receipt or invoice of the registration is essential.
In the event that the user cannot carry out the workshop for reasons beyond the Civic Center, the amount paid, changing workshop or saving the quota for another quarter, will not be returned.
