Talk: Guimerà, the most sunny man?

On Tuesday, October 15, the researcher Ramon Bacardit, curator of the year commemorating the centenary of the death of the playwright Angel Guimerà, brought us closer to the figure of the writer from his most intimate side; Analyzing the subject of loneliness, the feeling of not belonging, and the repressed sexual desire. Ramon also presented us his last post First lesson about Angel Guimerà (2023, Pamsa) where he proposes an approach to the writer from various approaches: biographical, personal aspects to projection as a reference of Catalanism, literary, based on recurring themes and stylistic evolution, without extinguishing poetry and narrative, and the echo of his work in the Catalan, Hispanic and International context.
