NITS D’ESCÈNIQUES | Júlia | Laura Almiñana
Tuesday July 7 | From 8 p.m
Julia | #allweneedislove
Performative conference | 15′
This project is presented as a performative conference that explores the need for affection and contemporary ways of loving. Based on the physical concept of inertial movement, the piece proposes a reflection on how people seek emotional connection in an increasingly technological world. The growing link with artificial intelligences and fictional characters is thus proposed as new forms of relationship.
During the proposal, a personal research process is shared that combines theoretical thinking and intimate experience. The appearance of a chatbot, created by the artist herself, becomes a central element to talk about these digital relationships and the desire to love and be loved. With a close and accessible tone, the project invites the public to question the boundaries between reality and fiction, as well as the transformations of affective bonds today.

Music | 15′
This artistic project proposes a sensory experience that reflects on the noise pollution in the oceans caused by human activity, such as maritime traffic or the extraction of resources. The piece combines the live sound of the accordion with real recordings of the seabed, creating a dialogue between music and nature. Through this sound fusion, concepts such as breathing and silence are highlighted, while inviting the viewer to listen in a more conscious way.
The work aims to make visible an often invisible problem: the impact of noise on marine fauna and the balance of ecosystems. Through an immersive and accessible staging, the project seeks to generate an emotional connection with the audience. The aim is to encourage a more respectful look towards the environment and to awaken a critical awareness of the fragility of the underwater world.
German Chocero | Poet’s body
Performative conference 30′
Cuerpo de poeta starts from the idea that poetry is, essentially, movement: a movement from A to B that moves us because it mobilizes. This implies the existence of C, a body that relates and transforms. When two glances—two Cs—meet, something happens: respect appears. Because to respect is to “spectate” again. Thus, the piece questions the notion of “writing with the body” and asks if it is possible to write without more bodies. Against a tradition linked to dance, the proposal explores what happens when the body that moves is not that of the dancer, but that of the poet, understanding the poem as a bodily gesture, displacement and act of attention towards the other.
