Do you want to participate in the selection of the Civic Center’s dance program? We are opening the doors to a citizen programming commission to learn how the city’s dance programming circuit works and to be part of the process of selecting the proposals that the center will present for the autumn 2027 – spring 2028 season.

The commission will consist of two face-to-face sessions, facilitated by the Civic Center team and ICUB staff. At the first meeting, the operation of the shared programming circuit between several civic centers in Barcelona will be explained and ten dance proposals will be presented. During the following month, the participants will view the pieces from their homes. In the second session, the evaluations will be shared and the four proposals that the center will defend at the programming meeting of the network of civic centers will be selected collectively.

• Monday, November 16, at 6 p.m

• Monday, December 14, at 6 p.m

No previous knowledge is required, just an interest in dance and a desire to participate in a collective process of cultural programming.
