Viu la ciència al barri! – Centre Cívic Sagrada Família

In the month of May, they start a series of activities for the neighborhood Areas of great influx (EGA) in order to preserve neighborhood uses in areas with high tourist pressure. One of the initiatives is the Let’s play in the squareswhich will fill the Sagrada Familia square with games for all ages on Saturday mornings.

At the same time, two complementary and free activities have been deployed, with monthly periodicity between the months of May and December, linked to the Sagrada Familia Library – Josep M. Ainaud de Lasarte and to Sagrada Familia Civic Center (c. Provence, 480). The proposals are organized within the framework of the municipal program of Espais de Gran Afluència and the centenary of the Verdi Cinemas.

Luciferases: Science Storytellers (children)

The cycle of scientific storytellers for children will take place one Thursday of each month, at 5:30 p.mand is oriented to promote scientific vocations with a feminist perspective. Through stories starring key figures in science and associated participatory activities, the aim is to approach scientific knowledge in a fun and inclusive way. The sessions, in charge of Luciferasesare held in a library classroom.

The series of film forums for adults will take place one Saturday of each month, at 5 p.mand it is focused on the science fiction genrein line with the scientific specialization of the equipment. every session combines the screening of a film with a social gathering afterwards energized by the Catalan Federation of Cineclubswhile encouraging collective reflection and debate.
