Under the title “Ipsa sonant arbusta” (“The same bushes resonate”), the exhibition covers filmic and musical works of two practices that share, beyond a generational link, common and primordial visions of cinema and music. Curated by Rosa Lleó and Manuel Cirauqui from the einaidea research platform, the exhibition presents two films by Ana Vaz together with a selection of recordings by her father, Guilherme Vaz, gathered in a listening space. Added to these materials are archival elements that evoke the unique trajectory of the Brazilian musician, composer and researcher.
