Triptych with poetry Marc Romera
Trilogy made with fragments of poetry of Catalan Marc Romera: “Costa”, “Carnús” and “Ahead” the latter, portrait of the poet who will premiere for this session in the Pati Llimona.
“Costa” 8:30 ′ – 2023
The polysemy of the title coast has to do with the bordering coast of life and death; with what it is difficult to leave; It is also a surname, that of Lis, which was going out while Mabres recorded the images on another coast, that of Mallorca, in a communion that is clear with her, the coast of Lis. The poetry of Marc Romera Metamorphous silence and puts the lyric where everything is transformed into an integrated melody.
“Carnús” 10:10 ′ – 2023
Carnús as an excrescence of debris, of abandoned space, of traces that the memory resumes as if they were strata of time. An already modern and technological past that begins carrion for the future. The route ends up masking of future synopsy.
“Ahead” 11:50 ′ – 2024
The poet’s life-tedium takes refuge in the routine that can assimilate excess living. Thus, the poet’s portrait rests on the elegiac imperative of the memory and this memory, loaded with images, passes through the habit that allows the fit into a world that has banished poetry. The shower, breakfast, the morning metamorphosis of the professor poet in a teacher and the release of the evening as a pool, each of which
Victory in the balance between surviving and creating.
“À Barthes de Mabres” 18:39 ′ – 2024 (French vo subt. Esp.)
Cavillations and difficulties in the loving discourse that the structuralist philosopher Roland Barthes collects from other philosophers and Elisabet Mabres makes a careful selection despite exposing French characterology in the form of nine chapters of his relational experience.
