Yesterday we screened the multi-award winning animated film “Nayola”, which relates, between past and present, and through the story of three women, the impact of the civil war on Angolan society. At the end of the film, the young Josep Punga Tandu (Montcada i Reixac, 1997) and his father, Joao Punta, an Angolan exiled in Catalonia for more than 30 years, talked about the current situation in Angola and the geopolitical interests of the area in a very interesting subsequent debate that you can now see on our YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/live/v1KU6FGljQk?si=E35IHUzPTG_1bOW7 This activity came from Fora de Quadre, a non-profit organization that has been working for grassroots and transformative culture since 2003 and this autumn has organized different activities in Sant Cugat del Vallès to introduce us to Angola.
