This workshop offers a space for creative and vital expression through dance, exploring listening to the body and personal and collective potential. We will investigate the possibilities of moving from body awareness, improvisation, the game We will open new paths with presence and vitality, emphasizing what is alive in us now, the pleasure, and the dialogue between the self and the fabric that generates the group. Open to all women interested in movement as a tool for expression, connection and freedom.
