From 12 to 21 sepebre 2025, Southern England Will Host in New Edition of the International Festival Inside out dorsetin Biennial Event That Transformed Natural Landscapes and Heritage Sites Into Open Stages for Art and Reflection. In this Edition, The Will Feature Festival at prominent Catalan and Balearic presencewith the programming of Four Street Theater Companies and to Program of Professional Activities Involving Eight Additional Companies.
The Proposals Representing Catalan Creativity in this Edition Are:
- Joan Català with Idophonea Piece That Fusees Artisanal Gesture and Movement Into a Choreography of Effort and Collaboration.
- Tap of wood with RootsAn Interactive and Poetic Installation Inviting the Audience to Rediscover their Connections with Nature and Memory.
- Cia. Of thunder with PoiA Contemporary Circus Performance Inspired by Rural Traditions and Popular Dances.
- Eva Marichala-Freixa & Jordi Duran i Roldós with dorsetborn’s We fear episode 5: Leviathanin Performative Proposal Exploring the Boundaries of Fear and Vulnerability.
The Program of Inside out dorset 2025 Includes Large-Scale installations, Sound Walks and Stage Performances Reflecting On the Themes of Nature, Landscape and Climate. The Seeks to Create Festival Impact with an International Outlook, Offering Free and Immersive Experiences for All Kinds of Audiences.
The Participation of the Four Catalana Companies in the Festival Has Been Made possible Thanks to the Support of the Institut Ramon Llull, Through Its International Programming Grant Scheme; At the Same Time, the Catalan Institute for Cultural Companies (ICEC) Coordinates The Catalan Professional Activity Linked to the Festival and Has Organized An Online Pitching Session for Eight Companies Before Professionals From the World, as Well as an additive networking activity that exclusive performances for the programmers and professionals SCHEDULED TO THE shows by Joan Català, cia. The Eight Companies Participation in the Professional Program Coordinated by Icec Are: Cris Clown; Electric 28; Hermanas Picohueso; Moon Ribas & Quim Girón; Nacho Flores; Sergi Estebanell; Vero ash; and Xumo Nunjio & Jim Parris. The Selection of Companies Has Been Made by a Committee formed by Inside Out Dorset, Fira Tàrrega, Trapezi and Seismograph.
