Tomorrow we finally open the season at #EspaiLliure with ‘The Night of the Kiwi Fish’, Josep Julien’s monologue performed by @ricart.santi. In the small room of the Lliure de #Montjuïc we have experienced memorable nights; here we recall some of them through the #ArxiuLliure: 1. ‘A marriage from Boston’, by David Mamet directed by Josep Maria Mestres (2005), which has just returned to @la_villarroel. 2. ‘Arbusht’, by Paco Zarzoso and directed by Àlex Rigola (2006). 3. ‘The shape of things’, by Neil LaBute directed by Julio Manrique (2008). 4. ‘The fever’, by Wallace Shawn directed by Carlota Subirós (2010). 5. ‘The caretaker’, by Harold Pinter directed by Xicu Masó (2014). 6. ‘Lungs’, by Duncan Macmillan directed by Marilia Samper (2015). 7. ‘Bunny’, by Marta Galán Sala adapted and directed by Marc Martínez (2015). 8. ‘The King’ by Alberto San Juan (Teatro del Barrio) (2016). 9. ‘The time we are together’, written and directed by Pablo Messiez (2017). 10. ‘The doctor of Lampedusa’, by Lidia Tilotta adapted by Anna Maria Ricart and directed by Miquel Gorriz (2017). These are some of the many other small but great productions to which #LaNitDelPeixKiwiLliure will be added from tomorrow. ❤️ Photographs: Josep Ros Ribas (1-5, 9), Adrià Nadal (6), David Ruano (7), Armando Vazquez (8), Punt Produccions (10). #Free2425 #CultureBarcelona
