The international tour of this year of the Barcelona Symphony Orchestra and National of Catalonia (OBC) bequeathed this VIERNES 18 de Julio to Ámsterdam with a concierto in the Concertgebouw, one of the main salas of conciertos in Europe. Bajo the direction of his headline Ludovic Morlot, the formation will present a repertoire dedicated to Maurice Ravel, with a motivation of the 150º Anniversary of his birth, and with a soloist of Lujo: the French violinist Renaud Capuçon.
The conciert will also include the premiere in the Bajos Countries of Ephemeral symphonyby the composer of Barcelona José Río-Parleja (1973). This pieza is released by the month of December in the auditorium for the same equipment, since río-parreja is invited composer of the 24-25 season, which culminates precisely with this concierto.
