Spring Festivals in Barceloneta

From April 9 to May 31 the seafaring quarter of the Barceloneta hosts the 14th edition of the Spring Festivalswhich arrive full of activities for all ages and for all audiences.

Music, dance, theatre, workshops, stories, talks, poetry… more than half a hundred acts that will be offered in various spaces and equipment. Among the series of proposals, the activities of the Historical Memory cycle “Traces de la Barceloneta” stand out, which this year revolves around the newspaper “El Vigia de la Barceloneta”, a publication closely linked to the maritime and social life of the neighborhood, which was published for more than 125 years.

In May, there will be three days of the guided route “La Casa de la Barceloneta. A living memory of a neighborhood”. The most anticipated event of the festivities is the Spring Morning, Come to the Repla!, with workshops, samples, children’s and family games and performances by neighborhood organizations and projects.
