Guided tour “Memory in Time of War”
The Torre Bellesguard is Antoni Gaudí’s work with the most history, a past that unites it with other spaces and buildings in the city of Barcelona, based on the biographies of various characters and key historical events in our country.
The guided tour “Memoria en Temps de Guerra” unites three buildings, the Bellesguard Tower, the Pati Llimona and the Basilica of Sants Just i Pastor, while tracing the lineage of the Gualbes family, very influential and powerful between the 14th and 18th centuries.
More specifically, it is the character of Joan de Gualbes i Copons, the last Gualba, who will guide us throughout this visit which is divided into two parts, a first in the morning in which we visit the Bellesguard Tower (from 12 to 1 p.m.), and the afternoon session, which starts at Pati Llimona and ends at the Basilica of Sants Just i Pastor (5 to 7 p.m.).
