
Participate in the ‘Right to Time, Care and Welfare’ survey
The Cercle of Coópolis Feminist Economies promotes a survey to identify Good practices and challenges in collective management of time, care and well -being to the entities of the Social and Solidarity Economy (ESS).
This questionnaire, prepared from the Barcelona Pact and several reference manuals in conciliation and co -responsibility, aims to be a tool to diagnose how time is lived in entities, with a gender, rights and sustainability perspective.
Why is it important to participate?
The survey seeks to collect data that allow:
– Identify good practices already existing in the field of time management, care and well -being in the entities.
– Detect challenges and areas of improvement shared.
– elaborate a Collective Action Plan To move towards more careful, equitable and healthy organizations.
Who is directed?
The initiative convenes all the people who are part of entities in the social and solidarity economy: workers, members, responsible for areas or coordinators. Participation is anonymous and the answers will be treated confidential and aggregate.
What is explored?
The survey is divided into eight axes that analyze the relationship of entities over time: the organizational culture and the right to time are examined as a fundamental value, and how this is specified in the internal organization: from the visibility of tasks such as their own care, to training or participation.
A central block focuses on reconciliation and care policies, with questions on measures such as menstrual permits, parental permits expands or common funds to finance health and care expenses. The tools and spaces are also evaluated to support the responsibility of taking care of.
The right to rest and digital disconnection, economic aspects and mobility complete the analysis, questioning whether the travel time is considered or how teleworking is regulated. This comprehensive diagnosis will identify good practices and challenges for more caregivers.
