It is born of the need to understand how the body experiences migration. Through the migratory path of the grandparents of the artist and a group of senior citizens of Sant Andreu who arrived in Catalonia in the hope of improving their lives, the show explores change, corporality and origins.

Based on a collective creative process, the project materializes in a single performative that incorporates the experiences of elderly volunteers, who have experienced migration in the first person.

Start It is a conceptual EP of medium extension (5 songs) based on the identification and reflection of the initial thoughts that arise from negative situations and how they can develop and impact their own long-term mental health. The title refers to those initial thoughts that, subtly but recurrently, can be the beginning of something: maybe a change, for evil, for better, but they can especially be the beginning of a mental health problem.
