Prepare your calendar: on Saturday, November 15, the long-awaited 13th edition of meRRRcafels returns to Castelldefels. This vibrant market is much more than a second-hand event; It is the perfect meeting point for buying, selling and exchanging items that deserve a second chance. Being held within the framework of the European Waste Prevention Week, our main objective is to promote sustainability, demonstrating that extending the useful life of objects that we no longer use is the best ecological practice.
Our strategy to master the 3Rs:
Our philosophy focuses on mastering the 3Rs: Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. These practices are not only essential for waste management, but also promote more conscious consumption and minimize environmental impact. Take the fashion and accessories sector as an example: The key to Reduce is quality and versatility, choosing conscious garments that allow multiple combinations and ensure durability. The path of Reuse passes directly through events such as meRRRcafels, which offers the ideal setting for the exchange of clothing and objects between the community. Finally, for Recycling, we encourage you to investigate brands that offer discounts for handing in old clothing, or to look for upcycling workshops where you can learn how to turn these garments into new creative products.
Festive atmosphere and cultural programming:
But meRRRcafels is also synonymous with partying and good vibes. On the morning of November 15, the event will be enlivened by El Guixot de Vuit and its ingenious proposal of totally sustainable games. In addition, the perfect soundtrack will be guaranteed thanks to the Radio Flea DJs, who will make us dance with an exquisite and varied musical selection, fusing genres such as jazz, funk, hip-hop and disco.

Registration is open to individuals and NGOs in Castelldefels. You have to fill out this formor with your personal data, and if your request is approved by the Castelldefels City Council, you will receive the url and password to sign up before 12 noon on October 31.
On the 31st at 12 noon we open registration through our website.
