This May, let yourself be carried away by the energy that fills the Athenaeum

We encourage you to discover a program full of culture critical thinking and community life that make our neighborhood a living, creative and shared space .

This month, art takes shape with the exhibition “Faces of Barcelona” by Teresa Sunyer an intimate and critical look at the city, its people and its everyday stories.

Reflection and debate also play a central role with talks about monoculture tourism the impacts of the tourist bus the cooperative housing health and food reuse popular science or even the history of Club Europa . A month to think about the city from multiple perspectives.

Workshops continue to grow participation and well-being : yoga for everyone, conversation in English and traditional dance to connect body, language and culture.

the theater will also be very present with proposals such as “La Travessa” or “El meu poble”, and with the Sidral at the Ateneo , an open day to discover everything that happens within the community project.

And the music will end the month with the La Comarcal concert and the Poblet Jazz Jam Session to continue sharing rhythms, improvisation and meeting.
