Barcelona, October 3, 2025. – The Joan Brossa Foundation presents again kill me psychosis after the good reception of last season. The show, directed by Lucia Del Grecocan be seen again for nine days, from October 9 to 19, at the Center de les Arts Lliures. Based on the poetic universe of Dolors Michaelthe work invites the viewer to enter a bucolic, voracious and psychotic world. It is the first monologue of the actress Alba Pujol and account with the design of the stage movement in charge of Lorena Nogal -National Dance Award 2024 and dancer of the prestigious dance company La Veronal- and the dramaturgy ofAlbert Roig.
According to director Lucia Del Greco, who was honored as a Breakthrough Artist at the 2023 Performing Arts Critics Awards, “kill me psychosis it speaks of a cruel, voracious, psychotic reality, in continuous metamorphosis. Populated by ancient glaciers, metamorphic rocks and seaweed, it presents a world subjected to a surveillance system that wants to strictly define the parameters of what is humanof what is legitimate, of what has value”. The work explores themes such as cruelty, vigilance, naivety and the inevitability of deathbuilding atmospheres that return to the viewer the beauty and violence of Dolors Miquel’s poetic imagination. Through six episodes, it questions identity and highlights love as the only life-generating force.

“The tandem work between Lucia del Greco and Alba Pujol is very interesting and it is even more so the fact that they join efforts to give life to a poetic text that speaks volumes about the present and our ability to adapt to the maelstrom of information and the violence that surrounds it”, he points out Georgina OliveDirector of Performing Arts at the Liberal Arts Center of the Joan Brossa Foundation.
