LOOK 2025: FIRST MUSICAL CONFIRMATIONS

The first musical confirmations of LOOK 2025 they already define the spirit of the next edition: crossing sound and visual borders to build live experiences that expand the limits of music and image. With unexpected dialogues between tradition and avant-garde and shows that combine modular synthesizers with generative landscapes, this first wave of artists marks the creative pulse that will guide us throughout the festival.

From the already confirmed Oneohtrix Point Never with its glitch universes and eighties nostalgia up to the political environment of Nicolas Jaar crossing over with the vocal heritage of the ghazal of Ali Sethipassing through the modulated and generative landscapes of 1V4N + MASS and for the symphonic return to the club Floating Points with visuals of Hamill Industries or the staging of Erika de Casier, Mary Davidson y John Mauscapable of projecting intimate emotions and criticism over avant-garde rhythms. To this multisensory pulse are added the ritual proposals of aya & MFOthe neoclassical poetics of Kaitlyn Aurelia Smiththe electroacoustic odysseys of Maya Shenfeld & Pedro Maiathe visual alchemy of Franck Vigroux & Kurt d’Haeseleer and the stellar journey in the vacuum of Pauk + Martina Ampuero.
