Introduction Workshop to Restorative Address
From Network of feminist transitionsof which the Circle of Feminist Economies of Coópolis is part, promote the workshop “Introduction to the tools for the restorative approach to cases of sexist violence in organizations.” Is a training addressed to people approaching cases of sexist violence and LGBTIAQ+-Fobic in organizations.
The main goal of the workshop are: to know the basic notions of the restorative paradigm in the management of cases of violence; understand the phases of a restorative process; to recognize the needs in the management of relationships and conflicts; and learning Techniques for actively listening and generate empathy and connection. Finally, participants will be provided with basic techniques for the conducting initial interviews with the parties involved.
The workshop will be taught by the Cooperative (RE) generates and is divided into two sessions:
– The first will be on Thursday April 3 In online format, from 12 a.m. to 2 p.m.
– The second will be on Friday April 4, In person, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., in the Ecos Space (Casp Street, 43, Baixos, Barcelona).
