Based on the Surface of Use installation, this workshop proposes a participatory experience where we will collectively cook a quick coc, a traditional sweet from the Terres de l’Ebre. Beyond the final result, the focus is on the process and the conversation that is generated around memory, everyday life and the objects that surround us. An invitation to cook, talk and remember.

In charge of Deferred Creations, Gessamí Olesa. Visual artist who works from hybrid practices between installation, archival research, audiovisual and action art. His work addresses the relationships between identity, memory and territory through sensitive and site-specific processes. He has exhibited and developed residencies in spaces such as Lo Pati and CASA RARO He combines artistic practice with cultural mediation projects, artistic education and critical writing
