[Exposició] L’elogi de la imperfecció de Cló Quintero

Hall of Academy Square
September 8 to October 3
Opening: Friday, September 12 at 18:30

The praise of imperfection“It is a selection of about 20 pieces of artistic jewelry designed and created under the concept of Wabi-Sabi, a line of Japanese thought that emphasizes the intrinsic beauty of things, in its simplicity and imperfection.

Wabi-Sabi celebrates the beauty of what is simple, humble and imperfect, inviting a deep and contemplative appreciation of the world around us. This sample focuses on highlighting the imperfection of forms, finding beauty in what is natural and authentic.

Each piece seeks to capture the very essence of the object, where the visible is merged with the invisible.

In the present times, it is necessary to give value to nature, take perspective, see what we have and, obviously, what we are generating in it. That is why Wabi-Sabi, in one of its three foundations, reminds us: nothing is eternal.
