The MEAM present, within the Monographic Exhibition Award of the competition Figurative 2025a careful selection of the artist’s works Marcos Lozano.

Between the memory of time and the matter of the present, Lozano’s painting evokes the deep echo of the Spanish Golden Age and projects it towards a contemporary sensibility. Each stroke becomes a dialogue between beauty and wound, between refined technique and a passion born from the most intimate sphere. His works, created on rough wood, breathe history, myth and silence: wherever form makes way, art becomes living memory.
