exhibition "ForestED – From the forest to the building"

The exhibition presents the results of a research project promoted by the Institut d’Arquitectura Avançada de Catalunya, in collaboration with the Forest Science and Technology Center of Catalonia, the Forestry Association of Galicia and the Consorci Forestal de Catalunya. The exhibition shows us how forests connect with the architecture of the future. Through natural materials, models, images, infographics and real-scale pieces, visitors will be able to discover how local forest resources are transformed into new construction systems and engineering materials.
