Display "Transhistoric pedagogies"

The exhibition “Transhistoric Pedagogies”, which shows the 150th anniversary of the Barcelona School of Architecture, is presented in nine areas that do not follow any chronological order or a unique theme. These spaces propose a vision of time as a suspended, far from the idea of linear progress, and connected with a cyclic view of the institution’s history and its knowledge. Four showcases explain historical time through documents and objects. The route of the visitor alternates between these materials, which retain the memory of generations of teachers and students-from Antoni Gaudí to Enric Miralles-and the collections of the Archive Capedragaudí (ETSAB-UPC), which have been split from the eighteenth century.
