The Badalona Hiking Grouping, founded in 1925, was key in the cultural life of Badalona, ​​making archeological interventions and creating the first museum in the city. Closed in 1940 by political repression, it continued as the Center Excursionista de Badalona, ​​maintaining an important cultural work. In its centenary, the museum offers an exhibition on the years before the Civil War, with photographs, documents and pieces of the original museum created in 1933.
