In this open twerking class, we will discover strength, sensuality and body control. This dance originates from hip-hop culture and has influences from African dances. It doesn’t matter how old you are or whether you know how to dance or not, we will work on the body, enhancing self-esteem, body liberation and connection with feminine energy!
