“Choose your home well and save yourself problems,” by Raho, Ethical Architecture Cooperative – Ateneo

The next May 8La Begues Ginesta Library will welcome the talk “Choose your home well and save yourself problems”a free activity organized by The rachola – Ethical Architecture Cooperativewith the support of theAteneu Cooperativa del Baix Llobregat.

This proposal is aimed at all those who are in the process of searching housing or who have planted to do so in the near future. During the session, the Raho team will share practical knowledge and useful tools to make a more informed, safe and adapted housing selection to the needs of each person or unit of coexistence.

Among the topics that will be addressed are:
✔️ The distribution of spaces and their functionality
✔️ Orientation and natural light
✔️ The general state of the house and the facilities
✔️ Ventilation, comfort and energy efficiency
✔️ Hidden costs or long term that can go unnoticed
