Call for collective exhibition at La Bonne: Festival Focused 2025

The CC Pati Llimona Focus Festival 2025 dedicates this edition to talking about future community and decrease.

How do we imagine the community future of women who are organized? What strategies can we activate in response and resistance to an increasingly dystopian future? How can photography help us create these images of future?

The new call of the Festival Festival 2025 of the Civic Center Pati Llimona, in collaboration with La Bonne, opens under the subject Women organized to support a community future. It calls on artists interested in exposing their speculative narratives through photography on women who are organized to imagine future by sharing care, housing, knowledge, food sovereignty practices …

The commitment to think about these poetic and political narratives with photography invites to work this language from its richness and diversity of processes: photo montage, intervened photography, collage, decollage, etc.

The selected pieces will be exhibited in a collective exhibition at La Bonne, Francesca Bonnemaison Women’s Culture Center, in the hall of the hall of the building located on Sant Pere More Baix Street, number 7 in Barcelona .

Selected photos

• Up to 25 photos will be selected. The same person can present more than one photo (maximum 5 photographs per photographer), the jury will be able to select only one to be part of the exhibition.

• The printing of the selected photographs will be borne by the organization itself.
• The name of the participants will appear in all the spread of the focused festival, both from the Bonne and the CC Pati Llimona.

Conditions

1. 1. The call is addressed to Women photographers over the age of 18.
   2. The theme is: Women organized to support a community future.

• The photo does not need to be unpublished.

1. The participants declare have the authorship of the photographs and/or have the copyrightas well as the right to use the image of people who can be recognized.
2. Her Size of photos It must be able to adjust to one of these sizes: DIN A5, DIN A4, DIN A3 and DIN A2.
3. The original photo must be sent to 300 PPP in the final print size.
4. The participants’ data will be part of the Databases of the Bonne and the CC Pati Llimona.
5. The call admits the use of artificial intelligence Whenever it is indicated.

If you do person:

• Step 1: This inscription can be filled at the headquarters of the Patio Lemona directly.
• You have to deposit in the Lemon Patio, a memory pencil, with the images in JPG of low quality (not higher 1 MB each) and with a document that explains the presentation and explanation of the project, with the techniques used. A summary of the project of Maximum 1500 characters/ 250 words.

All in all, in an envelope with the name and surname of the person, the name of the project and written in the same envelope.

Whether face -to -face or online, it is mandatory to present:

– The images in JPG format (the pdf format of low quality) is accepted (not higher 1Mb each).

– The selected must send by email to convents@patillimona.net or carry in a memory pencil in the lemon patio, the original photographs with the minimum quality to be able to make the printing of 300 PPP with the final print size.

Do not comply with any of these conditions automatically excludes your participation.

The Pati Llimona and La Bonne will make the exhibition design depending on the selected photos.

Space at the bottom of the hall of the entrance of the building consisting of three walls; one of oval oxide, a marble and a wooden.
The exhibition space also has a monitor.
