synopsis:
Alvy Singer, a rather neurotic fortysomething, works as a comedian in night clubs. After breaking up with Annie, he reflects on his life, recalling his loves, his marriages, but above all his relationship with Annie. In the end, he comes to the conclusion that it is his manias and obsessions that always end up ruining his relationship with women.
