What do you think are the advantages of an automatic irrigation system? In this learning situation, students approach the world of block programming with micro:bit and MakeCode through challenge work. In this educational experience, students learn the main programming structures, discover electronic components such as the humidity sensor, OLED display, servo motor, and micro:shield extension board, and create their own programs for an automatic watering system for a plant.
Each participant must bring the following material from home:
– Aluminum containers
– Pots, seeds and soil
