The Gráfician Biennial of Libyan (Slovenia) is one of the most old international biennials of the world and this year celebrates its 70th anniversary. This edition, under the artistic direction of the recognized commissionary, teacher and researcher Chus Martínez, toma as reference to the oráculo, understanding in his antique sentido as a place where he can see the future. At the same time, the biennial explores the power of the imagination as a Herramienta to renew faith in freedom and solidarity.
The Chus Martínez Comisaria has invited three Catalan creatives who form part of the participating artist’s list, in return to the curatorial concept. “The Oracle: On Fantasy and Freedom”.
