Memory windows

The search for photographic material for the new exhibition This year does not stop. We continue to work on the exhibition proposal focused on the Eixample’s interior memory. We are emphasizing our gaze in photographs of the late nineteenth and early decades of the twentieth century, in which elements made with cotton appear, such as fabrics, tablecloths, vancains or dresses and shawls.

Along these lines, we will do two activities: one Visit to the MNAC Photo Archive (27/2 – 11 am)by Roser Cambray, curator of the Museum’s photography department, and a Collage Workshop (5/3 – 7pm) With Isis Navarro, where we will experiment with photographs of the family album and diverse fabrics. Soon you will find them in the Web of Memory Windows!
