How did South Korea go from being a completely unknown country to dominating global entertainment? How has he managed to position his Soft Power (Poder Tou) internationally? We will analyze a very well-crafted strategy: the power of attraction without coercion that began in the 90s with its wave, the so-called “Hallyu”.
