Edible trencadís | Gencat Cultural Agenda

To celebrate Gaudí Year, the Vil·la Florida Civic Center proposes to create a sweet break. A family activity where, from colored cookies, make a mosaic, following the trencadís technique created by the architect. You will use edible colorings from nature and, as a mortar to join the pieces, a citrus glaze.
