Blai Bonet: the eyes and the look

This recital aims to be a place of remembrance and celebration dedicated to the Mallorcan poet Blai Bonet, one of the most intense, visionary and unique voices of contemporary Catalan poetry. In this commemoration, his word will breathe again through the voices of three poets, Miquel Bezares, Glòria Julià and Carles Rebassa, who come together to pay tribute to an author who turned poetry into a form of revelation, body, gaze and thought. It will be an evening to revive Blai Bonet’s verbal energy, spiritual depth and human strength, and to recognize the validity of a work that continues to challenge us with a radical and inexhaustible beauty. The three invited poets will say in verse their eyes, their gaze, still alive.
