Exhibition “The memory of ephemeral arts”

With the exhibition The memory of the Ephemeral Arts the Performing Arts Museum regains a permanent exhibition space at the headquarters of the Theater Institute in Barcelona.

The exhibition emphasizes the work of conservation, documentation and dissemination which has been carried out for almost a hundred years and it does through time travel which spans more than a century and that tells us about the scenographers, the dance, the text, the actors, the puppets, thanks to having preserved the backdrops, the costumes, the models, the texts… everything that surrounds a show.
