*You must bring a small jar, like a sample of jam, ideally glass. Also a lunch box or another slightly larger jar.

In this workshop we will learn about some medicinal plants and see how they can help us at different times of the menstrual cycle. We will make different mixtures for infusions, and we will also prepare a soothing ointment.
