We Vogue, 2023
Jayce never had—although he always longed for—references during his childhood. Today, as he recovers his identity in the ballroom scene, he feels ready to become the role model he so desperately needed, offering guidance and support to queer youth in search of their own path.
Your green century, 2022
A centenarian pacifist and lifelong farmer cultivates a “garden in the sky” on a rooftop in Barcelona, where he sows life, love and community. Her story reveals how a war-torn childhood blossomed into a legacy of defiant joy, organic living, and quiet resilience.
Skate +, 2022
When Andrea Wilshusen realized that skateboarding had saved her from the rejection and harassment she suffered as a non-binary person, she decided to give back to the community that gave her shelter and purpose.
OTOXO Pantalla is a monthly series of documentary screenings and discussions that celebrates films with a spirit of defiant joy — stories that tackle global issues through hope, inspiration and human connection.
The aim of the initiative is to bring to the public works that invite reflection, dialogue and understand our world from new perspectives, and to create a space where filmmakers and spectators can share experiences and points of view in an open and accessible environment.
From December, the screenings will take place on a selected Wednesday of each month, in sessions that will combine cinema, conversation and community.
