Dysfunctionaries is an epistemological and aesthetic device to dismantle the invisible essence of bureaucratic power. It is not a question of making a banal criticism of the civil service as a labor structure, but of making visible the bodies that live there, that suffer there, that impose on it and that are imposed on it.
