Taller de Músics will offer the masterclass “AI, music and technoethics”a session dedicated to exploring the relationship between artificial intelligence and musical creation, as well as the ethical challenges and dilemmas that arise from it.
Throughout the session the basic concepts of the artificial intelligence (AI) and it will be analyzed how this technology is transforming the world of music and artistic creativity, without losing sight of the aspects ethical and responsible involved in its use.
The masterclass is free y exclusive for Music Workshop students and it will be taught in Catalan.

Rafel Jaume and Venys is an adjunct professor at Ramon Llull University, musician (pianist, composer and choir director) and expert in the intersection between philosophy, music and artificial intelligence (AI). Trained in Composition, Digital Business and Philosophy, he has researched the ethical and practical application of AI in education and the arts. He currently directs CAIRAI, a consultancy specialized in AI for the educational sector, from where he offers conferences and advice to help organizations and artists to innovate responsibly.
Toni Hernandez Fernandez is a physicist, linguist and PhD in Cognitive Science and Language from the University of Barcelona (UB). He is currently an associate professor at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC) and a member of its Ethics Committee. His research focuses on the application of mathematical and physical models to the study of communication systems and learning.
