exhibition "KBr Flame’25"

KBr Flama is consolidating itself as a bet for young talents trained in photography schools in Barcelona. The four projects in this edition show very diverse realities from different approaches to photography. In Opac, Irina Cervelló examines the cultural, environmental and economic implications of the Solvay petrochemical complex in her hometown, Martorell. In Tous les maux mots sont inventés, Abril Coudougnan immerses the viewer in his personal photographic archive, a multitude of images taken over the course of six years. Looking for George, by Patrick Martin, invites reflection on the myths that shape collective memory. In the final part of the tour, Bernat Erra continues this exploration in Fe d’errata, analyzing the construction of a collective identity based on the religious imaginary linked to Catholicism. You can consult more information about the “KBr Flama’25” exhibition on the KBr Barcelona Photo Center website. Last update: 13/10/2025
