This work originated in a dream. Based on the study “The Shadow” by Carl Gustav Jung, the show resumes the eternal conflict between good and evil that Goethe brilliantly portrayed in “Faust”. A single-celled animal and a small neutron particle decide to join forces to help science in its fight against diseases of all kinds, from chronic metabolic to malignant tumors. They are encouraged by the representation made by artists of other duos created by Homer, López de Rueda, the same as Plato and the mythical ring of Gyges. The conflict pits this couple and their longing against all kinds of powers that control the world. Once again the will of the people to free themselves from various slavery will be decisive.
