The Ateneu Cooperativa del Baix Llobregat has become a regional reference in promoting the social and solidarity economy (ESS). With more than twenty groups grouped, an active presence in several municipalities and hundreds of accompanied projects, the Ateneu is not only a advice tool, but one social transformation agent and territorial dynamization.
Now, in a time of consolidation and projection, we consider how it should be the Ateneo of the coming years: More powerful, more decentralized and more connected.
1. More territorial rooting and local role
The territorial circles (Like El Prat, Esparreguera, Gavà …) They have been key to reaching the people and entities of each municipality. In the future, we want:
- Extend the presence to new points in the region.
- Give more autonomy and capacity for action in local circles.
- Grow the collaboration with municipal councils and municipal networks.
This bet reinforces our vocation: to build A cooperative region, from below and for everyone.
2. More intercooperation between projects
We want to strengthen the links between the cooperatives, associations, professionals and services of the territory:
- Promoting exchange spaces, shared services and horizontal relationships.
- Promoting collective projects between entities from different sectors (energy, culture, education, housing …).
- Accompanying the entities in their growth and consolidation.
The goal is to generate ESS Local Ecosystems where cooperation is the engine of sustainability.
3. More visibility and shared speech
To grow the social economy, you need generate story, references and public presence. That is why we will strengthen:
- External communication and content production.
- The organization of days, forums and informative activities.
- The visibility of real experiences and stories of local cooperatives.
We are committed to making the ESS a well -known, recognized and desired option.
