We survived the Barcelona Fringe Festival! Not only did we survive, but we THRIVED! Hopefully you all came out to one of the hundreds of shows in the festival, but I also hope that made you even hungrier for more comedy! Saturday Spotlight: Amy Walsh
After starting her comedy career in Ireland in 2018, Amy set off to Vancouver to see why so many Irish people had fled there. Following years of honing her craft on the vibrant Canadian comedy circuit, and opening for Kyla Cobbler in Ireland, Amy is spending the next few weeks performing here in Barcelona. Her comedy delivers a fresh, hilarious perspective on Irishness abroad, life, mental health, love, and the absurdities of modern living.

🫂 Hector Ayala & Friends is on this Wednesday evening, so you can see a lineup of local favorites hosted by a local favorite! Hector is one of the quickest, most energetic performers in our English comedy scene, and he’s invited 3 of his favorite acts (Michelle Ahern, Donatas, and Stuart Kennedy) to perform with him. It’ll be an hour of amazing comedy, killer crowd work, and plenty of laughs.
🍆 Bang? Marry? Kill? is back this weekend! Comedians will do their best sex/relationship/dating material, then try to decide who in the audience should bang, marry, or kill each other. You’ll also get the chance to vote on whether you’d bang, marry, or kill the comedian! It’s a fun, sexy, and interactive show hosted by Belinda Filippelli. This week, catch sets from Esther, James Regal, Hector Ayala, Emily Briggs, Roberts, and Amy Walsh.
👎 If you’ve ever wanted the chance to kick unfunny comedians off stage, then Gong Wild is your chance!! Brave comedians will try their best to make you laugh, but if they fail, you can decide to cut their set short with a bang of the gong! Who will survive? Who will be gonged off in shame?
